- Mulugu Ramalingeswara Siddhanthi was born into the family of renowned astrologers.
- From childhood, he started developing an interest in astrology. He then studied astrology further under his grandfather and father.
- He started his career as a mimicry artist under the screen name MR Prasad. He performed with various known actors like AVS and Brahmanandam.
- He gradually started developing more interest in astrology and decided to pursue it as a profession.
- He was also known as the astrologer of Srikalahasti Asthana and the head of Sri Shaiva Peetha. He started an ashram in Srisailam.
- It is said that in 1889, his grandfather, Mulugu Naga Lingaiah Garu, started “Shaiva Peetham” in Guntur. After his grandfather, his father managed it. The legacy was then passed on to him, and after Siddhanthi’s demise, his daughter started managing the peetham.
